OUR BOOKING POLICY
6. Lateness past your grace period will result in a late cancellation equal to 50% of service amount
7. Due to the intensive labor involved we do not give refunds on any services provided
8. No kids or pets allowed to ensure we are able to provide you with a relaxing and Poised experience
9. We are not responsible for your personal belongings
10. All major credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted. We do not accept Venmo or Cash App
1. All Guests must have a card on file to book an appointment
2. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment we ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount
3. No show/no call clients will be charged full service amount
4. There is a 5 minute grace period for brow appointments
5. There is a 10 minute grace period for eyelash appointments
